Product Appearance Structure

Boasting an all-steel assembly structure, the rack ensures the overall accuracy of the machine tool by eliminating internal stress treatment. It exhibits outstanding rigidity and unmatched resistance to twisting and tilting. A thickened worktable and slider are required to uphold high rigidity throughout the machine, ensuring minimal deformation of the slider and worktable during bending, thus achieving excellent straightness and angular consistency of the bent workpiece. Work Slider Structure

 

1. The Y1 and Y2 axes can be individually programmed, ensuring the precise distance between the slider and the workbench via the grating ruler's positioning. They operate seamlessly even in unbalanced load states, with adjustable tilt angles for left and right positioning.

2. A programmable holding time at the bottom dead center guarantees the accuracy of various workpieces.

3. Featuring a slow rebound control function, operators gain enhanced control over their work, ensuring refined results.

Hydraulic System

The system adeptly receives electrical signals from the controller, amplifies them, and converts them into fluid power. This process drives the proportional valve to open and close, skillfully managing the flow and pressure within the hydraulic system.
