Working principle of corn harvester
Our corn harvester is ingeniously structured with a cutting rod device, a conveying mechanism, and a hydraulic lifter among other components. When engaged, the machine advances along the corn ridge direction, with the cutting knife expertly severing the corn straw. The straw is systematically directed and outputted in the correct orientation through the upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, naturally placed to culminate the harvesting process. The power separation of our corn harvester is deftly managed by the driver via the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to its parked position, the two B-type V-belts halt their rotation, effectively disengaging the diesel engine's power input and achieving power separation. Consequently, the cutting blade and conveyor belt pause in their rotation, otherwise, they remain in a dynamic working state.
