Working principle of corn harvester
The corn harvester primarily comprises a cutting rod device, a conveying device, and a hydraulic lifter, among other components. During operation, the machine advances along the corn ridge direction, where the cutting knife efficiently severs the corn straw. The straw is conveyed accurately through the upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, naturally positioned to complete the harvest. The corn harvester's power separation is achieved by the driver manipulating the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to its parked position, the two B-type V-belts cease rotation, effectively cutting off the diesel engine's power input and achieving power separation. Consequently, the cutting blade and conveyor belt halt their rotation. Otherwise, they remain in a working rotation state.
