Working principle of corn harvester
The corn harvester's core components include a cutting rod device, a sophisticated conveying apparatus, and a hydraulic lifter. As it navigates the corn ridge, the cutting knife expertly slices through the corn straw, which is then efficiently directed through the upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, naturally laid to complete the harvesting process. Power separation is effortlessly managed by the driver through the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to its designated position, the two B-type V-belts cease rotation, cutting off the diesel engine's power input-achieving effective power separation. The cutting blade and conveyor belt halt rotation unless actively engaged in operation.
