This hydraulic three-roll plate rolling machine is professional metal forming equipment manufactured by Jiangsu Xinjiamiao Automation Technology Co., Ltd., widely used in steel structure, pipeline, pressure vessel and construction machinery processing industries. It combines hydraulic pressing and mechanical transmission, solving the low precision and weak pressure problems of traditional rolling machines.

The whole machine adopts thickened integrated welded frame with annealing stress relief treatment, avoiding long-term heavy-load deformation. Three working rollers are forged from high-strength alloy steel via quenching, tempering and precision grinding. The roller surface has high hardness and wear resistance, leaving no scratches on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum plates, ensuring smooth arc and cylindrical workpieces with low rebound. Two side hydraulic cylinders offer stable adjustable pressing force to realize one-time forming.

It is fitted with an independent hydraulic station separated from the main body to prevent oil pollution from metal scraps, prolonging the service life of pumps, valves and seals. All pipelines use high-pressure anti-leak rubber tubes for stable continuous operation. Matched with an 11kW three-phase motor and heavy-duty closed reducer, the two lower rollers rotate synchronously for automatic plate feeding. The enclosed gear structure features strong load capacity, low heat generation and low failure rate.

the structure of the machine is three-roll symmetrical, the upper roller in the two lower roller central symmetrical position for vertical lifting movement, through the screw worm drive to obtain, the two lower roller rotation movement, through the output gear of the reducer and the lower roller gear meshing, to provide torque for the rolling plate.
