Working principle of corn harvester
The corn harvester is predominantly comprised of a cutting rod mechanism, a conveying device, and a hydraulic lifter. As it maneuvers along the corn ridge, the cutting knife efficiently severs the corn straw. This straw is then adeptly directed through upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, naturally positioning it to complete the harvest seamlessly. Power separation within the corn harvester is masterfully executed by the driver via the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to its parked position, the rotation of the two B-type V-belts ceases, effectively halting the diesel engine's power input and achieving power separation. Consequently, the cutting blade and conveyor belt will cease rotating; otherwise, they will continue in a dynamic working state.
