Working principle of corn harvester
This cutting-edge corn harvester comprises a cutting rod device, a sophisticated conveying system, and a hydraulic lifting mechanism. During operation, the machine progresses along the corn ridge, where the sharp cutting knife efficiently severs the corn straw. The straw is systematically directed through upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, placed precisely to complete the harvesting process. Power separation in the corn harvester is expertly controlled by the operator via the tractor's hydraulic lift system. Once the main engine is elevated to its parked position, the B-type V-belts cease rotation, terminating the diesel engine's power input and achieving seamless power separation. As a result, the cutting blade and conveyor belt halt their rotation, transitioning from an active working state to a standstill.
