Working principle of corn harvester
Our advanced corn harvester is expertly engineered with a cutting rod device, a conveying device, and a hydraulic lifter, amongst other components. When operational, the machine progresses smoothly along the corn ridge, utilizing a precise cutting knife to efficiently sever the corn straw. The straw is adeptly directed through upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains to be naturally placed, completing the harvesting process with precision. The power separation of our corn harvester is expertly orchestrated by the driver operating the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to the designated parking position, the two B-type V-belts cease rotation, cutting off the diesel engine power input and achieving seamless power separation. Consequently, the cutting blade and conveyor belt halt rotation, unless in active operation.
