Working principle of corn harvester
The corn harvester's operation is centered around a sophisticated assembly of components, including a cutting rod device, a conveying device, and a hydraulic lifter. As the machine progresses along the corn ridge, the precision-engineered cutting knife efficiently slices through the corn straw. Subsequently, the straw is expertly directed through a sequence of upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, where it is naturally positioned to complete the harvesting process with ease. The dynamic power management is achieved by the operator managing the tractor's hydraulic lifting system. Once the main engine is elevated to its designated position, the B-type V-belts cease rotation, effectively isolating the power input from the diesel engine and enabling power separation. When in this state, the cutting blade and conveyor belt halt their rotation, ensuring safety and efficiency. Conversely, when engaged, they remain in a continuous working rotation.
